Shipping & Returns

Shipping policy

Most orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive an order confirmation email followed by another notification when your order has shipped. All delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed. 

Domestic shipping rates and estimates

Wipe New only ships within the continental United States. Shipping is a flat rate of $5 or free shipping for orders over $49. You can expect to receive your order approximately 2-5 business days after it is processed. 

Shipping rates are non-refundable and subject to change at any time. 

International shipping

We do not offer shipping outside of the United States or to the U.S. Territories.

Checking on your order status

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at customersupport@wipenew.com with your name and order number, and someone from our team will review. 

Shipping to P.O. boxes

Wipe New does not offer shipping to military addresses (APO/FPO) or P.O. boxes. 

Refunds and returns

Wipe New accepts returns of unopened and unused product up to 30 days after delivery. A refund may be issued within 7 business days of our receipt and inspection of the return.  

Damages during delivery

If your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at support@wipenew.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.
