Rust-Oleum Return Policy:

All shipping or product performance claims are handled on a case-by-case basis and accepted at Rust-Oleum’s discretion.

To complete a return, you must first contact us to receive authorization. Any product returned without Rust-Oleum Customer Support authorization will not be refunded.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase. After that, returns or refunds will not be issued.

Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in re-sellable condition. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, and a 15% restocking fee will apply.

Product Performance Claims:

For product performance issues, please contact our Product Support Team.

Reporting Missing or Damaged Items:

If your order arrives with missing or damaged items, you must report this within 5 days of the delivery date (based on shipper tracking info). Claims submitted after 5 days will not be accepted.

Order Cancellations:

Orders that have already shipped cannot be cancelled. Unshipped orders may be cancelled and refunded.
